Spa Attendant Position Overview

The Spa Sales Representative initiates face-to-face contact with guests on location, provides explanations of services to prospective guests, attempts to sell company products and services, and facilitates the process/experience. The Spa Sales Representative is an expert at providing top-notch customer service by interacting with other team members and guests on location or on the phone.

Job Functions, Essential Duties & Responsibilities

● Answer incoming phone calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
● Provide excellent customer service to incoming guests at a designated location
● Explain and attempt to sell GARRA products and services to guests
● Address questions about GARRA services/procedures with accurate and complete
information
● Facilitate the Fish Spa Experience and other GARRA services to ensure guests are
completely satisfied
● Demonstrate a team player attitude
● Comply with GARRA policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
● Accurately process POS transactions at checkout
● Strive to meet sales targets set by supervisors
● Positively represent the GARRA brand while on company time

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

● High School Diploma or GED
● Customer service skills
● Strong verbal communication
● Positive attitude and genuine tendency to smile when speaking
● Skill in answering phone in a pleasant and courteous manner
● Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
● Ability to accurately handle basic math calculations
● Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
● Must be able to work a flexible schedule
● Experience in a sales and/or customer service role is preferred but not required
