  I had a break out about 6 months ago and I was having a hard time finding a soap that wasn’t irritating to my skin, well as you can see in the pictures I was going through! I walked into the spa and I didn’t even tell Shante what was going on, she was telling me about the soap she was working on so I decided to get a bar and it was the best thing I could have ever done! This soap is the ONLY! Soap that doesn’t irritate me, it’s doesn’t burn and my skin has cleared drastically, please please shop with her because she is definitely doing her thing with this soap! I was so insure, I would work and come straight home, it was horrible until I started using the soap thank you so much Shante!

  I received my Garra Fish Soaps today. I’m so excited. I ordered Beach Party & Mermaid Charms. They are beautiful and the fragrance is divine. I highly recommend this product.

  Not only are the fish spa and detox great, I also love the bars of soap for sale at Garra Fish Spas. They are truly amazing. I've tried the Sea Salt & Orchid and I'm currently using the Atlas soap and they both smell really good. It has made my skin feel softer and moisturized. During my daily use it does not make the soap dissolve fast because of all of the natural ingredients. I truly love it. Can't wait to try the Egyptian Amber also. I will be doing a reup for this quality soap soon. Thanks guys.

It felt like the fish were kissing out hands 🤷🏾‍♀️😁 lol but afterwards our skin is soft and smooth. This business is definitely worth supporting, we will be back!

  This was my first visit to the Augusta Mall spa. This was a new experience for me that went well, until I was followed to the elevator and questioned about whether or not I paid or “checked out with an associate.” This was demeaning, as it was done in front of my daughter and a group of people at the elevator. I was even asked to verify who I had checked out with in an accusatory tone. There should be a better system of monitoring customer flow that won’t cause this kind of embarrassment. I understand business is busy and people aren’t trustworthy, but that’s a burden of the business owner and not the customer.

  It might seem strange to some that my experience at Garra Fish Spa was life altering, but that is really the only way to describe what happened today.
I walked into the spa feeling skeptical, but had all of my initial questions answered by CJ and DJ, two nice young men who are very well versed in their field.
While speaking to the owner, Derek, I mentioned my battle with chronic kidney disease. After explaining the way the process would benefit me personally he left me to enjoy it.
The process was amazing by itself, but then Derek came back and brightened my day still further.
While massaging my feet he asked me about my faith. When he heard that I am a Christian, like himself, he asked if he could pray for me and explain that his business was less about the fish and more about washing feet (John 13:1-17). He explained that he had left a stable job and stepped out on faith to begin his business as a way to minister to others.
When he had finished he mentioned that the detox they offer would probably benefit me greatly and I said I would come back later for it when I was prepared to spend a little more money.
But Derek wasn’t trying to make a quick dollar from me, he genuinely cared about my health and insisted that he be allowed to put me through the detox process for my own good, at no cost to me.

I will never forget the way this kind man called his staff over and asked them to join him as he prayed healing and life over me! A stranger, unknown to me an hour before giving of his witness and livelihood to fill a need he saw.

DJ and CJ came by at intervals to check my progress in the detox tank. To say the experience was eye opening is an understatement!

So many toxins were pulled out of my body through my feet! The staff was even able to determine what I eat and the types of cosmetics that I use based on the appearance of the water, which started out as clear water and ended up an alarming brown sludge.

When the process was complete I felt better than I have in many weeks! My feet felt and looked fabulous, my head had stopped aching, and my sinuses had even cleared!

I am officially a convert to the Garra Fish Spa way and encourage all the skeptics to give it a try. You will not regret it! Not only are you helping a small business owner, you are contributing to the livelihood of a family man who also happens to be a truly good and caring human being.

Thank you Derek, DJ, CJ and Garra Fish Spa for making me feel like myself again. You are the hands and feet and it shows!
